CreateUGC is an AI-powered video creation tool that helps dropshipping entrepreneurs and marketers generate User-Generated Content (UGC) style videos for ads and social media. With CreateUGC, you can produce high-quality videos with realistic AI avatars by simply adding a product link from Amazon, AliExpress, or other supported marketplaces and selecting or editing a script.

The CreateUGC platform automatically extracts product information, generates video previews using AI avatars, and allows you to choose from multiple versions and formats optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Important:

  • Currently, CreateUGC subscription payments are accepted only by credit card, with Apple Pay and Google Pay coming soon.

  • CreateUGC offers a 7-day free trial or the option to create up to 3 videos. On your 4th video creation, you will be charged for your selected subscription plan.

Registration

To start using the Create UGC service, you must sign up for the Create UGC using one of the following methods:

  • AutoDS account (recommended): Use your existing AutoDS login credentials for seamless integration. This means you can sign up using the same email and password, or Google login, that you use on AutoDS.

  • Email and password: Create a new account with your email address. You'll receive a confirmation code to complete your registration.
    ​

  • Google account: Sign up using your Google credentials for quick access.

Note: When you sign up on the Create UGC website using the same credentials you used on AutoDS, your subscription is automatically synced to your AutoDS account. You can view and manage Create UGC from your AutoDS account on the Settings > Plans & Add-ons tab inside the AutoDS dashboard.

Once registered, you'll have access to the CreateUGC dashboard, where you can start creating videos immediately.

AutoDS integration

If you are an AutoDS user, you can access CreateUGC directly from your product pages in AutoDS without navigating to the CreateUGC website separately.

AutoDS users have access to the Scale plan at $39.9/month. This plan is activated and billed automatically through your existing AutoDS payment method. If your AutoDS subscription is near the end of its billing period, only the proportional amount for the remaining days will be charged for the CreateUGC addon.

How to Use CreateUGC in AutoDS

To access the Create UGC service inside AutoDS:

  1. Go to the Products page in the left sidebar of AutoDS.

  2. Open one of your products.

  3. Click the "Generate UGC Ads" button. This button serves as your direct entry point to the Create UGC service and appears across all tabs inside the product page.

When clicking the "Generate UGC Ads" button, there are two possible scenarios:

If you are not yet registered on CreateUGC: A landing page will open presenting the CreateUGC platform and the Scale plan at $39.9/month. After confirming, your account will be created automatically using your AutoDS credentials, and the Scale plan will be activated immediately. No plan selection is required.

If you already have a CreateUGC account: Clicking the "Generate UGC Ads" button in AutoDS redirects you directly to the Create UGC platform, where you can start editing and creating your videos.

Once inside the Create UGC service, you will see a dashboard designed to keep your video workflow organized.

Note: The AutoDS addon does not include a free trial period. Billing starts immediately after confirmation.

Dashboard overview

After logging in, the CreateUGC dashboard provides easy access to all your video creation tools and settings:

  • Main dashboard: Displays your video library with filters to view All, Completed, Generating, and Drafted videos.

  • Profile section: Access your plan details, manage invoices, or log out.

  • Create new video: Start a new video creation project.

  • Upgrade: View and upgrade your subscription plan.

  • My videos: Access all your videos with status filters.

  • Avatars: Manage and select your preferred avatars.

  • Assets: Create custom AI-generated product images to use in your videos. Available on Scale and Max plans.

  • Inspirational Videos: Browse and analyze high-performing videos from TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to get ideas for your own UGC ads.

Supported marketplaces for product links

The CreateUGC platform supports product links from all marketplaces integrated with AutoDS. This ensures compatibility with the suppliers commonly used by dropshipping businesses.

Supported marketplaces for CreateUGC include:

Amazon, AliExpress, Alibaba, Banggood, CJdropshipping, Costco, Bed Bath & Beyond, Costway, Etsy, Lowe's, Target, Redbubble, LightInTheBox, MiniInTheBox, PureFormulas, Wish, Kmart, DHgate, Shein, Macy's, Kohl's, Shopify, CDiscount, TikTok, Kogan, Walmart, Wayfair, Sam's Club, The Home Depot.

Note: If you try to use a product link from an unsupported marketplace, the CreateUGC system will not be able to extract product information, which will result in an error message. Always ensure your product link comes from one of the supported marketplaces listed above.

Step-by-step guide

Create a video

The CreateUGC video creation process guides you through several steps to produce professional UGC-style content. Each step lets you customize various aspects of your video to match your brand and marketing needs.

To begin creating your AI-generated video with CreateUGC:

  1. Click New Video on the main dashboard or select Create New Video from the left menu.

  2. Choose your product input method:

    • Provide Product Link: Paste a product link from Amazon, AliExpress, or any supported marketplace.

    • Add Product Manually (Veo3): Manually enter product details to create a custom video. When using this option, you can also add a custom avatar.

  3. Choose your video type:

    • Video Reaction: The AI avatar speaks about the product without holding it (testimonial-style presentation).

    • Product in Hand: The AI avatar holds the product while presenting it (available only on Scale and Max plans).

  4. Wait for the system to extract product images and descriptions if using a product link (this may take up to 7 minutes, depending on the product source).

  5. Click Continue.

Review and edit media details

After the CreateUGC tool extracts your product information:

  1. Review the auto-filled product name and description.

  2. Edit the content as needed to better align with your marketing message.

  3. Select which product images (assets) should appear while the avatar speaks.

  4. Arrange the images in your preferred order.

  5. Click Next.

Tip: Choose clear, high-quality product images from the available options to ensure your video looks professional.

Configure video settings

The third step to create your video in the CreateUGC platform is to customize your video settings to optimize it for specific platforms:

  1. Platform: Select where you plan to use the video (General, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or X).

  2. Aspect ratio: Choose the video format based on your selected platform:

    • 1:1 (Square) for Instagram feed posts.

    • 16:9 (Horizontal) for YouTube and Facebook.

    • 9:16 (Vertical) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.

  3. Language: Select from over 30 supported languages for the AI voiceover.

  4. Duration: Pick your preferred video length (15 seconds, 30 seconds, or 60 seconds for standard videos).

  5. Click Next.

Note: Choose your video settings carefully, as the CreateUGC tool will optimize your video based on these selections.

Choose your AI avatar

The fourth step to create your video with CreateUGC is choosing your avatar:

  1. Select avatar type: Choose from Gender and Ethnicity filters.

  2. Preview avatars: Click on each avatar to see how it looks and sounds.

  3. Confirm selection: Choose your preferred avatar for this video.

  4. Click Next.

Important: If you set a preferred avatar before starting video creation, the CreateUGC platform will only display compatible video types (either Video Reaction or Product in Hand) for that specific avatar. When adding products manually with Veo3, you have the option to create and use a custom avatar.

Note: You can also start the video creation process directly from the Avatars section. Click Avatars in the left menu of your dashboard, browse the available options, and filter by gender, ethnicity, or video type (Video Reaction or Product in Hand). Once you've chosen your avatar, click Save and Continue. You'll be taken directly to the product link step to begin creating your video.

Generate and edit script

The fifth step to create your video with CreateUGC is the script generation feature that helps you to create compelling product presentations:

  1. Review the 3 automatically generated script styles provided by CreateUGC.

  2. Select your preferred script style or fully customize it to match your brand voice.

  3. Edit the script text to emphasize specific product features or benefits.

  4. Click Next.

Tip: The preview videos show how your content will look with different avatar styles, but the final deepfake-quality lip sync is only applied when you generate the final version.

Check your preview

The final step in creating your video on the CreateUGC platform is to watch the generated preview video. Sometimes the platform offers more than one optional video, so you can choose your favorite based on the avatar's performance and visual appeal. After analysing, click Generate to finalize the process.

Wait 5-15 minutes for the CreateUGC platform to process your final video.

Note: In all the steps of creating your video with CreateUGC, you will have the Back button if you want to change something in the previous settings.

Important: In CreateUGC, video credits are consumed when you generate the final version, not during preview creation. Always review previews carefully before finalizing. Remember that your free trial covers up to 3 video creations or 7 days, whichever comes first, and you will be charged on your 4th video.

Download your video

Once the CreateUGC system completes your video:

  1. Navigate to My Videos in the dashboard.

  2. Filter by Completed to find your finished video.

  3. Click the download button to save your video in MP4 format.

  4. Use your video in ads, social media posts, or any marketing campaigns.

Your completed videos remain accessible in your CreateUGC account, so you can download them again anytime.

Edit your video

CreateUGC offers a powerful built-in video editor that allows you to refine and customize your content.

How to access the video editor:

  1. Navigate to My Videos in your dashboard.

  2. Find your completed video.

  3. Hover over the video to reveal the editor option.

  4. Click to open the video editor.

What the video editor offers:

  • Timeline editing: A drag-and-drop timeline interface to arrange clips, audio, text, and other elements with precision

  • Live preview: See your changes as you make them, frame by frame, ensuring perfect results

  • Multi-track support: Add multiple layers for video, audio, subtitles, overlays, and more to create professional, polished content

Important notes about CreateUGC video editing:

  • Editing cost: Editing a video costs 1 credit from your plan.

  • Video overwrite: Once you render your edited video, it will overwrite the previous version. This works the same way as saving changes to a document. Your new version replaces the old one.

  • Save your edits carefully: Since rendering overwrites the original, make sure you're satisfied with your changes before finalizing.

This feature was added based on direct feedback from CreateUGC influencers and users who requested more control over their final videos.

Create images with AI

The Assets feature is an AI image generator built into the CreateUGC platform. It lets you create custom product images for your videos, giving you more control over how your product appears on-screen.

The Assets feature is available on the Scale and Max plans. Users on a trial period who register for the Scale or Max plan will have access to a limited number of image generations during that period.

The number of image generations available depends on your plan:

  • Scale plan: 20 image generations.

  • Max plan: 40 image generations.

  • Trial period (Scale or Max plan only): 3 image generations.

Note: You can check how many images you have remaining at any time by looking at the counter in the top-right corner of the Images page.

Step-by-step

To create a new image in CreateUGC:

  1. Click Assets in the left menu of your dashboard.

  2. Click Create New Asset.

  3. Select your preferred creation method:

    • Text to Image: Write a prompt describing the image you want to generate. You can use the AI prompt assistant by clicking Help me write a prompt to improve your description before generating.

    • Image to Image: Upload a reference image so the CreateUGC system generates a result that matches your visual direction, then write a prompt to guide the output.

  4. If you need help writing your prompt, click Help me write a prompt to generate a prompt suggestion using AI.

  5. Click Generate to create your image.

  6. Once generated, your image will appear in your Images library.

Note: Images created in this section can be selected as product visuals during video creation, at the step where you choose which images appear while the avatar speaks.

Inspirational videos

The Inspiration Videos section in the CreateUGC platform is a discovery feature that lets you browse and analyze high-performing videos from TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Use it to get ideas for your own UGC ads by seeing what's already working for other sellers.

To access the inspirational videos:

  1. Log in to your CreateUGC account.

  2. Click Inspiration Videos in the left sidebar of your dashboard.

Once inside the section, you can:

  • Filter by platform: Browse videos from all platforms at once, or narrow results by selecting Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

  • Search for videos: Use the search bar to find videos related to specific products, niches, or keywords.

  • Apply filters: Refine your results by Likes, CTA Button, or Linked Product to find the most relevant and high-performing content.

  • Analyze videos: Click on any video to study its style, script, and presentation for inspiration when creating your own ads.

Tip: Use the Inspiration Videos section before creating a new video to understand what formats and styles perform best on your target platform.

Avatar & script

The Avatar & script section in the CreateUGC dashboard lets you create a video from a script and an avatar selection in a single guided flow.

To access this feature, click Avatar & script in the left menu of your dashboard.

The flow has three steps:

Step 1: Choose and edit your script

  • Write your script in the text field, or click Help me write a script to generate an AI suggestion. Review the suggestion in the pop-up and click Accept or Reject.

  • Click Next.

Step 2: Choose your avatar

  • Filter avatars by Gender or Ethnicity, or click Choose from Avatar Library to browse all options.

  • Click on any avatar to preview it.

  • In the Voices section, select a voice and preview it. Each avatar has a default voice assigned. To return to the default, click Restore selection.

  • Click Next.

Step 3: Confirm and generate

  • Click Generate to start creating your video. Processing may take a few minutes. You can leave the page and return when your video is ready.

Once your video is complete, it will appear in the My Videos section of your dashboard, where you can download or edit it.

Managing your subscription

Upgrade your plan

If you need more videos or access to additional features like Product in Hand:

  1. Click Upgrade in the left menu of your CreateUGC dashboard.

  2. Review the available plans and features.

  3. Select your new plan.

  4. Complete the payment process.

Your upgrade takes effect immediately, and you'll have access to your new video limit and features right away.

Cancel your subscription

To delete or cancel your CreateUGC account, you must log in to your account and contact the CreateUGC support team directly at [email protected].

The support team will process your account deletion request and guide you through any additional steps required.

Important: Before requesting account deletion, please note that this action may be irreversible and could result in the loss of all your content and account data.

Note: You'll retain access to CreateUGC features until the end of your current billing period.

Refund policy

The CreateUGC refund policy applies under specific circumstances. Refund eligibility depends on your usage, the timing of your request, and whether administrative fees apply.

Important: When eligible, refunds are processed immediately from the CreateUGC side, but it may take 7 to 30 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card, depending on your bank's processing time.

How long does video generation take in CreateUGC?

The CreateUGC processing time varies by stage. Preview videos typically take 3-7 minutes to generate, while final videos with high-quality lip sync take 5-15 minutes. Product information scraping may take up to 7 minutes, depending on the marketplace source.

Can I edit my video after generating the final version with CreateUGC?

Yes! CreateUGC now includes a built-in video editor that allows you to refine your videos after generation.

How it works:

  • After your video is complete, hover over it in your dashboard to access the editor

  • The editor includes timeline editing with drag-and-drop functionality

  • Live preview lets you see changes frame by frame

  • Multi-track support allows you to add layers of video, audio, subtitles, and overlays

Important: Editing a video costs 1 credit. When you render your edited version, it will overwrite the previous video, similar to saving changes to a document.

How much does video editing cost?

Editing a video costs 1 credit from your subscription plan. This credit is consumed when you render your edited video. The rendered video will overwrite your previous version.

Is the lip sync realistic in CreateUGC videos?

CreateUGC uses AI-powered, deepfake-level lip syncing technology in final videos. However, note that this advanced lip sync quality is only applied to the final video, not to preview versions. Preview videos show basic synchronization to help you choose your preferred option.

Why can't I select "Product in Hand" and only see "Video Reaction" when creating videos?

If you selected a preferred avatar before creating your video, the CreateUGC platform will only display the video type compatible with that specific avatar (either Video Reaction or Product in Hand). To access both video types, either update your preferred avatar settings or create a new video without pre-selecting a preferred avatar.

Can I upload my own product images to CreateUGC?

When using the Provide Product Link option, the CreateUGC system only supports images extracted directly from the product link you provide. The platform automatically pulls product images from the marketplace page and allows you to select which ones to use in your video.

However, when using the Add Product Manually option with Veo3, you can upload your own custom images for the product. This gives you the flexibility to use your own product photography or branded visuals in your videos.

What languages does CreateUGC support for AI voiceovers?

The CreateUGC platform supports over 30 languages, including: Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

Can I upload my own voice or audio to CreateUGC?

The CreateUGC platform currently supports AI voiceovers only. You cannot upload custom audio files or record your own voice for videos.

Can I download preview videos from CreateUGC?

The CreateUGC system only allows downloading final videos in MP4 format. Preview videos are for selection purposes only and cannot be downloaded.
