CreateUGC offers a 3-day free trial with 30 credits to use across video generation, video editing, and image generation. The free trial ends when either the 30 credits or the 3 days are used, whichever happens first.

If you are on an annual plan, your monthly credit allocation is added on your billing anniversary, not all at once at the start of the year. Credits still reset each month on the billing date.
How credits work
Every action in CreateUGC counts against your monthly credit allocation, including video generation, image creation, and video editing. The amount consumed depends on the selected format and duration.
Any unused balance resets on your billing date and does not carry over to the next cycle.
Note: Credit costs may change over time as CreateUGC evolves. The confirmation screen displayed before any generation always shows the exact credit cost for the selected action and should be considered the source of truth.

Registration
To start using the Create UGC service, you must sign up for the Create UGC using one of the following methods:
Email and password: Create a new account with your email address. You'll receive a confirmation code to complete your registration.
Google account: Sign up using your Google credentials for quick access.
Note:
When you sign up on the Create UGC website using the same credentials you used on AutoDS, your subscription is automatically synced to your AutoDS account. You can view and manage Create UGC from your AutoDS account on the Settings > Plans & Add-ons tab inside the AutoDS dashboard.
CreateUGC is available worldwide with no country restrictions for account creation. If you experience any issues during registration, contact our support team so our agents can investigate and assist you.
Once registered, you'll have access to the CreateUGC dashboard, where you can start creating videos immediately.
AutoDS integration
If you are an AutoDS user, you can access CreateUGC directly from your product pages in AutoDS without navigating to the CreateUGC website separately.
AutoDS users have access to the Scale plan at $39.9/month. This plan is activated and billed automatically through your existing AutoDS payment method. If your AutoDS subscription is near the end of its billing period, only the proportional amount for the remaining days will be charged for the CreateUGC addon.
How to Use CreateUGC in AutoDS
To access the Create UGC service inside AutoDS:
Go to the Products page in the left sidebar of AutoDS.
Open one of your products.
Click the "Generate UGC Ads" button. This button serves as your direct entry point to the Create UGC service and appears across all tabs inside the product page.
When clicking the "Generate UGC Ads" button, there are two possible scenarios:
If you are not yet registered on CreateUGC: A landing page will open presenting the CreateUGC platform and the Scale plan at $39.9/month. After confirming, your account will be created automatically using your AutoDS credentials, and the Scale plan will be activated immediately. No plan selection is required.
If you already have a CreateUGC account: Clicking the "Generate UGC Ads" button in AutoDS redirects you directly to the Create UGC platform, where you can start editing and creating your videos.
Once inside the Create UGC service, you will see a dashboard designed to keep your video workflow organized.
Note: The AutoDS addon does not include a free trial period. Billing starts immediately after confirmation.
Dashboard overview
After logging in, the CreateUGC dashboard provides easy access to all your video creation tools and settings. At the top of the left menu, you will find two buttons:
Create new video: Start a new video creation project by selecting Product reaction, Product in hand, Avatar & script, or Character Swap.
Upgrade: View and upgrade your subscription plan.
The CreateUGC left menu is organized into two sections, Create and Assets, as described below:
Create
Home: Displays the three video creation paths, a banner for Avatar Swap (Character Swap), a Browse models section to start a video by picking the AI model first, and previews of your Last Created Videos and Inspiration Videos, each with a link to see all.
My Videos: Access all your videos with status filters. Each video's action bar includes Download, Share, Edit, Swap Avatar, and Rename.
Inspiration Videos: Browse and analyze high-performing videos from TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to get ideas for your own UGC ads.
Avatar & script: Create a video by writing your own script and selecting an avatar in a single guided flow.
Assets
Avatars: Manage and select your preferred avatars.
Images: Create custom AI-generated product images to use in your videos. Available on Scale and Max plans.
Voices: Create, manage, and reuse custom voice samples for AI-generated videos.
Contact support
In the bottom left corner of the Create UGC left menu, you also have access to the Contact us button. By clicking it, the support messenger will open on the right side of the screen. Click Chat with us, type your message, and send it to start a conversation with the support team.
You can use the messenger to ask questions, report issues, request billing assistance, or contact the team about your account.
Note: To delete your account, click Contact us in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard and start a conversation with the support team through Chat with us. Alternatively, you can email [email protected]
Supported marketplaces for product links
The CreateUGC platform supports product links from all marketplaces integrated with AutoDS. This ensures compatibility with the suppliers commonly used by dropshipping businesses.

Note: If you try to use a product link from an unsupported marketplace, the CreateUGC system will not be able to extract product information, which will result in an error message. Always ensure your product link comes from one of the supported marketplaces listed above.
Step-by-step guide
Create a video
The CreateUGC platform offers four video creation paths. To begin, click Create new video in the left menu and select one of the available options:
Product reaction: The AI avatar reacts to your product in a testimonial-style video.
Product in hand: The AI avatar holds your product while presenting it.
Avatar & script: Generate a video from a written script and an avatar selection.
Character Swap: Replace the character in an existing video with a different avatar.
The Product reaction and Product in hand video creation paths in CreateUGC follow the same guided eight-step flow:
Choose your video type.
Provide your product link or add product details.
Add media and product details.
Configure video settings.
Choose your AI avatar.
Select your voice.
Choose and edit your script.
Confirm and export your video.
The Avatar & script path in CreateUGC follows a shorter flow: choose and edit your script, choose your avatar, and confirm and generate. For the complete Avatar & script flow, see the Avatar & script section below.
Each step is detailed in the sections below.
Step 1: Choose your video type
After selecting Product reaction or Product in hand as your video creation path in CreateUGC, the platform displays the available video types for that path.
Product Reaction offers five video types, differing mainly in maximum video length and engine style:
CreateUGC: up to 60 seconds; best for longer talking-head-style reviews.
Gemini Omni: up to 10 seconds.
Kling Omni: up to 10 seconds, locks the same face and voice across videos for a consistent brand avatar.
Seedance 2.5: up to 30 seconds, the longest single take at high quality.
Seedance 2.0: up to 15 seconds, best all-around quality, the recommended choice when you are not sure which engine to pick.
Product in Hand offers seven video types, differing mainly in maximum video length and engine style:
Gemini Omni: up to 10 seconds.
CreateUGC: up to 60 seconds, best for longer talking head style demos and reviews.
Kling Omni (powered by the Kling 3.0 Omni engine): up to 10 seconds, locks the same face and voice across videos for a consistent brand avatar.
Seedance 2.5: up to 30 seconds, the longest single take at high quality.

The Avatar & script feature does not include a video type selection step. After selecting this path, the CreateUGC platform takes you directly to the script step. For the complete Avatar & script flow, see the Avatar & script section below.
Character Swap does not include a video type selection step. After selecting this path, the CreateUGC platform takes you directly to the Select your video step. For the complete Character Swap flow, see the Character Swap section below.
Step 2: Provide your product link or add product details
After choosing your video type, provide your product information using one of the available methods:
Provide product link: Paste a product link from a supported marketplace. The CreateUGC platform will extract the product images and description automatically. This may take up to 7 minutes depending on the marketplace source.
Add product manually: Manually enter product details to create a custom video. When using this option with Veo 3, you can also add a custom avatar.
Note: When adding a product manually with Veo 3, the available video settings are fixed: 9:16 aspect ratio and 8 seconds duration.
Step 3: Add media and product details
After the CreateUGC platform extracts or receives your product information:
Review the auto-filled product name and description.
Edit the content as needed to better align with your marketing message.
Select which product images should appear while the avatar speaks. To add more images, click Add assets and choose one of the available options:
Upload from local: Upload an image directly from your device. The maximum file size for image uploads is 5 MB.
Select from Smart Assets: Choose an image from your Smart Assets library.
Arrange the images in your preferred order.
Click Next."
Tip: Choose clear, high-quality product images from the available options on CreateUGC to ensure your video looks professional.
Step 4: Video settings
The video settings step lets you optimize your CreateUGC video for the platform where you plan to publish it:
Aspect ratio: Select the aspect ratio for your video.
Language: Select from over 30 supported languages for the AI voiceover.
Duration: Select the duration for your video.
Click Next.

Note: Choose your video settings carefully, as the CreateUGC platform will optimize your video based on these selections.
Step 5: Choose your avatar
The avatar step lets you select who will appear in your CreateUGC video:
Select avatar type:
Choose from avatar library: Browse and filter available avatars by gender and ethnicity.
Add your own avatar: Upload your own image in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format (maximum 5 MB). This option is available only for Product in Hand with Veo 3, Product in Hand with Kling 3, Product in Hand with Kling 3.0 Omni, and Video Reaction with Kling 3.0 Omni videos.
Click Next.
Important: If you set a preferred avatar before starting video creation, the CreateUGC platform will only display the video types compatible with that specific avatar. When adding products manually with Veo 3, you can create and use a custom avatar.
Note: You can also start the video creation process from the Avatars section. Click Avatars in the left menu, browse the available options, and filter by gender, ethnicity, or video type. Once you have chosen your avatar, click Save and Continue to proceed to the product link step.
Step 6: Voices
The voice step lets you choose the voice that will be used in your CreateUGC video. The available options depend on the video type selected:
Product in Hand with Veo 3, Product in Hand with Kling 3, Product in Hand with Kling 3.0 Omni, and Video Reaction with Kling 3.0 Omni: You can select a voice from My Voices (your custom voice samples) or from the Voices Gallery (system voices powered by 11 Labs, filterable by gender, language, and category: All, Advertisement, Character Animation, Conversational, Entertainment TV, Informative Educational, Narrative Story, and Social Media).
All other video types (Video Reaction, Video Reaction with Seedance 2.0, Product in Hand, and Product in Hand with Seedance 2.0): Only the default voice assigned to the selected avatar is available. If no voice is selected, the default voice for the selected avatar will be used.
To return to the default voice at any time, click Restore selection.
Step 7: Choose and edit your script
The script step helps you create a compelling product presentation for your CreateUGC video:
Review the three automatically generated script tones: Funny, Selling, and Professional.
Select your preferred tone or fully customize the script to match your brand voice.
If you want a different version, click Help me write a script to regenerate an AI suggestion.
Edit the script text to emphasize specific product features or benefits.
Click Next.
Tip: Preview videos show how your content will look with different avatar styles, but the final deepfake-quality lip sync is only applied when you generate the final version.
Step 8: Confirm and export your video
The preview step is the final stage before your CreateUGC video is generated. The platform may offer more than one preview option, so you can choose your preferred version based on the avatar's performance and visual appeal. After reviewing, click Generate to finalize.
After you tap Generate, the CreateUGC platform will start creating your AI video. It may take 5 to 15 minutes to process. You can leave the page and your video will be ready when you return.
Note: In all steps of the video creation flow, you can click Back to return to the previous step and adjust your settings.
Important: Video credits are consumed when you generate the final version, not during preview creation. Always review your preview carefully before finalizing. Your free trial includes 30 credits to use across video generation, image generation, and video editing, or 3 days of access, whichever happens first.
Download your video
Once your video is ready, you can download and save it to your device. To do so:
Navigate to My Videos in the left menu.
Filter by Completed to find your finished video.
Click the download button to save your video in MP4 format.
Use your video in ads, social media posts, or marketing campaigns.
Your completed videos remain accessible in your CreateUGC account, so you can download them again at any time.
Share your video
Sharing a video from CreateUGC is available from the Share button in the video's action bar.
To access this action to share, click a video in My Videos or automatically at the end of a Character Swap. The action bar includes Return, Download, Share, Edit, Swap Avatar, and Rename.
Clicking Share opens a menu with Copy link and quick-share shortcuts to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
The "Copy link" option copies a public, unauthenticated link to the video's watch page that anyone can open without logging in.
Edit your video
The CreateUGC platform includes a built-in video editor that lets you refine your content after generation.
To access the video editor in CreateUGC:
Navigate to My Videos in the left menu.
Find your completed video.
Hover over the video to reveal the editor option.
Click to open the video editor.
The CreateUGC video editor includes four tools accessible from the left sidebar:
Text: Add and customize text overlays to your video. Choose from preset styles such as Modern Title, Impact Statement, Sliced Text, Minimal Monochrome, Highlight Box, and Gradient Pop.
Caption: Add subtitles or captions to your video using one of two methods:
Upload SRT File: Upload a standardized subtitle file (.srt format) that contains your caption text along with precise timestamps for when each line should appear on screen. Use this option if you already have a subtitle file prepared.
Generate from Text: Type your script directly into the text field and click Generate Captions. The editor will automatically split your text into timed captions synced to your video.
Uploads: Upload your own media files (images, videos, or audio) to incorporate into your edited video. Supported tabs include Images, Videos, and Audio.
Settings: Adjust editor preferences, including background color and alignment guide visibility. The Save History tab displays previous versions of your video by aspect ratio and timestamp, with options to download or delete each saved version.

Important:
Editing cost: Editing a video costs 1 credit from your plan.
Video overwrite: Once you render your edited video, it will overwrite the previous version. Make sure you are satisfied with your changes before finalizing.
Character Swap
Character Swap lets you replace the character in an already-generated CreateUGC video with a different avatar, using the TopView API. This feature, also known as Avatar Swap, is available on all CreateUGC plans, including legacy plans that don't use the credit system.
To start, click Character Swap in the Create new video menu on the left-side menu in your CreateUGC account.
Alternatively, from My Videos, open a completed video and click Swap Avatar in its action bar, this opens the Character Swap flow directly at Step 1 with that video already selected.
Step 1: Select your video
Choose a completed video from the My Videos tab, or click the Upload Video tab to use a video from your device instead. Enter a name for your Character Swap project, or keep the default name, and click Next.
Step 2: Choose your avatar
Click Choose from Avatar Library to pick a new avatar, filterable by Gender and Ethnicity, or click Add Your Own Avatar to upload a custom one. Click Next.
Step 3: Voices
Select the voice for your new avatar from My Voices or the Voices Gallery. The default voice for the selected avatar and your current selection are both shown. Click Restore selection to revert to the default voice, or click Keep original audio to keep the original video's audio instead of selecting a new voice. Click Continue.
Step 4: Mark the replacement area
Play the video, pause on a frame, and click to mark the area to replace. Click Change to mark an area for the swap, or Keep to mark an area that should stay as is. The mask updates live and carries across the video. Click Preview to check the mask tracking, or Generate to start the character swap directly.
Step 5: Preview and generate
If you clicked Preview, check the mask tracking. Click Generate to start the character swap, or Re-select points to go back and adjust the marked areas.
Once you click Generate, the "Creating your video" screen confirms that the character is being swapped and that the final video is being rendered. This may take a few minutes. You can leave the page, your video will appear in My Videos when it's ready, or click Go to My Videos to navigate there directly.
Once processing is complete, the swapped video opens automatically, showing the result with your chosen avatar. From here, you can click Undo to revert the swap, Download to save the video, Share to share it, Edit to open it in the video editor, or Rename to change its name.
Assets: create images with AI
The Assets feature is an AI image generator built into the CreateUGC platform. It lets you create custom product images for your videos, giving you more control over how your product appears on-screen.
Each image generation in the Assets feature, available on all CreateUGC plans, costs 2 credits from your monthly credit allocation.
The number of images you can create per month depends on how you choose to spend your credits, since the same credit pool is shared across video generation, video editing, and image generation. As a reference:
Launch plan (100 credits/month): up to 50 images per month, if all credits are spent on image generation.
Scale plan (200 credits/month): up to 100 images per month, if all credits are spent on image generation.
Max plan (450 credits/month): up to 225 images per month, if all credits are spent on image generation.
Trial period (30 credits): up to 15 images, if all credits are spent on image generation.
Note: You can check how many credits you have remaining at any time in your CreateUGC dashboard.
Step-by-step
To create a new image in CreateUGC:
Click Images in the left menu.
Click Create new asset.
Select your preferred creation method:
Text to Image: Write a prompt describing the image you want to generate. You can use the AI prompt assistant by clicking Help me write a prompt to improve your description before generating.
Image to Image: Upload a reference image so the CreateUGC system generates a result that matches your visual direction, then write a prompt to guide the output.
If you need help writing your prompt, click Help me write a prompt to generate a prompt suggestion using AI.
Click Generate to create your image.
Once generated, your image will appear in your Images library.
Note: Images created in this section can be selected as product visuals during video creation, at the step where you choose which images appear while the avatar speaks.
Voices
The Voices section in the CreateUGC platform lets you create and manage custom voice samples to reuse across your AI-generated videos.
Custom voices are available for the following video types: Product in Hand with Veo 3, Product in Hand with Kling 3, Product in Hand with Kling 3.0 Omni, and Video Reaction with Kling 3.0 Omni.
To access the Voices feature in CreateUGC, click Voices in the left menu. Inside the Voices section, you will find two tabs:
My Voices: Displays your saved custom voice recordings.
Voices Gallery: Displays the system voices available in the CreateUGC platform.
To create a new custom voice in CreateUGC:
Click New Voice.
Add a name for your voice sample.
Choose one of the available methods:
Record: Record your voice directly in the browser by clicking Start recording.
Upload: Upload an audio sample file from your device. Supported formats are MP3, WAV, and M4A, with a maximum file size of 25 MB.
Preview your recording if needed.
Click Create Voice to confirm.
Once saved, your custom voice will appear in the My Voices tab.
Important: For the best voice clone quality, provide a clean audio sample of around 60 seconds. The minimum recommended duration is 10 seconds.
Inspirational videos
The Inspiration Videos section in the CreateUGC platform lets you browse and analyze high-performing videos from TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to get ideas for your own UGC ads.
To access Inspiration Videos in CreateUGC, click Inspiration Videos in the left menu.
Once inside the section, you can:
Filter by platform: Browse videos from all platforms at once, or narrow results by selecting Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
Search for videos: Use the search bar to find videos related to specific products, niches, or keywords.
Apply filters: Refine your results by Likes, CTA Button, or Linked Product.
Analyze videos: Click on any video to study its style, script, and presentation for inspiration.
Tip: Use the Inspiration Videos section before creating a new video to understand what formats and styles perform best on your target platform.
Avatar & script
The Avatar & script section in the CreateUGC dashboard lets you create a video from a script and an avatar selection in a single guided flow.
To access this feature, click Avatar & script in the left menu of your dashboard.
The Avatar & script flow guides you through three steps:

Step 1: Choose and edit your script
Write your script in the text field, or click Help me write a script to generate an AI suggestion. Review the suggestion in the pop-up and click Accept or Reject. Click Next when ready.
Step 2: Choose your avatar
Filter avatars by gender or ethnicity, or click Choose from avatar library to browse all options. Click on any avatar to preview it. In the Voices section, select a voice powered by 11 Labs and use the gender and language filters to find the voice that fits your content. Each avatar has a default voice assigned. To return to the default, click Restore selection. Click Next when ready.
Step 3: Confirm and generate
Click Generate to start creating your video. Processing may take a few minutes. You can leave the page and return when your video is ready. Once complete, your video will appear in the My Videos section.
Managing your subscription
Upgrade your plan
If you want to upgrade your plan:
Select Upgrade on the top-right corner of your CreateUGC account.
Review the available subscription plans.
Choose the plan you want to switch to.
Click the Subscribe Now button to confirm the change.
Your plan update takes effect immediately. Billing adjustments are applied automatically according to your subscription status.
When credits run out
If you use all your monthly credits before the next billing date, you can purchase one-time credit top-up packs directly from the insufficient credits screen or upgrade to a higher plan.
Available top-up packs:
30 credits: $7.90.
60 credits: $14.90.
120 credits: $24.90.
Important:
Top-up packs are available only for paid subscribers (not available during the free trial period).
Credits purchased through top-up packs expire at the end of the current billing cycle. Purchased credits are added immediately to your existing credit balance.
Cancel your subscription
To cancel your CreateUGC subscription:
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select My plan.
Click Cancel subscription.
Review the cancellation details in the confirmation window.
Click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No additional renewal charges will be made.
Note: Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or remove previously generated content.
How to delete your account
To permanently delete your CreateUGC account:
Click Contact us in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.
Click Chat with us.
Request account deletion from the support team.
The support team will process your request and guide you through any additional steps if required.
Important: Account deletion may be irreversible and could result in the loss of all your content and account data.
